About & Mission

Signals
to Insights.

OntarioAI is a Canadian AI company. We were founded in Toronto in 2024 with a single conviction: the sentiment and behavioral signals already present in customer interactions, claims calls, and internal communications are the most underused data most organizations have. Our mission is to make those signals usable, in the right context, for the specific risk or experience problem each industry actually has.

What We Built

Sentiment and biometric analysis, matched to the use case.

Most analytics platforms apply the same generic model everywhere. We built OntarioAI differently.

Pulse analyzes sentiment across every industry we serve, and analyzes behavioral biometric signals only in the three specific use cases where biometrics are the right tool: fraud prevention in financial services, claims fraud mitigation in insurance, and voice fingerprinting in telecom call centers. Nudge takes what Pulse finds and routes it to the right team immediately.

We are a Canadian company building infrastructure for a problem every regulated industry has: signal that already exists in their data, going unexamined because nobody built the right tool to extract it for their specific use case.

What We Believe

The use case decides the tool

Sentiment analysis belongs everywhere. Biometric analysis belongs only where the problem genuinely calls for it, fraud, claims fraud, voice verification. We do not deploy a capability because we can. We deploy it because the use case requires it.

Signal should lead to action, fast

A detected risk signal sitting unread in a dashboard has no value. Nudge exists because detection without routing is an unfinished product.

Privacy is structural, not a policy layer

Biometric analysis is restricted to its named use cases at the architecture level, not by a configuration toggle that could be switched on elsewhere.

Our Journey

Q4

Q4 2024

Founded in Toronto

Three co-founders come together in Toronto to build a sentiment and biometric analysis platform purpose-built for regulated industries. OntarioAI is incorporated.

Q3

Q3 2025

Pulse MVP, first enterprise pilot

First paying enterprise client, a financial services firm, deploys Pulse for early churn detection across its customer base. The sentiment engine is validated at scale for the first time.

Q2

Q2 2026

Nudge launched

The real-time alert and routing layer goes live, closing the loop between signal detection and team action.

Q1

Q1 2026

Insurance and telecom use cases added

Claims call auditing and fraud indicator detection launch for insurance clients. Real-time CX orchestration and voice fingerprinting launch for telecom clients.

The Unfair Advantage

Sentiment and biometric signal data nobody else captures this precisely.

Competitors sell generic sentiment dashboards or single-purpose fraud point solutions. We built a platform that matches the analysis to the use case, sentiment everywhere, biometrics only where the problem demands it, and routes every signal to action in real time.
